1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Smart Linker, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Smart Linker provides smart redirection links that route traffic to:

  • iOS App Store
  • Google Play Store
  • Web fallback URLs

Usage is subject to plan limits. Certain Pro usage may be described as unlimited when no ordinary plan quota applies, but it remains subject to fair use, abuse prevention, technical safeguards, service availability, and account status.

3. Accounts

You must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account security
  • Not share credentials

We may suspend accounts for violations.

4. Billing

All payments are processed via Stripe.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly.
  • Plan limits apply.
  • Access to paid features depends on confirmed Stripe subscription status.
  • Refunds are handled according to Stripe policies and applicable law.

We do not store full payment card data.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for:

  • Phishing
  • Malware distribution
  • Illegal activity
  • Fraudulent redirection
  • Spam campaigns
  • Abuse of redirect infrastructure

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for abuse or security risk.

6. Plan Limits

Free includes 3 active links and 2,000 redirects/month. Pro includes unlimited links and unlimited redirects, subject to fair use, abuse prevention, technical safeguards, and account status.

If limits are exceeded:

  • Creation of new links may be blocked.
  • Access to features may be restricted.

Server-side enforcement is authoritative.

6.1 Analytics and Exports

Analytics and aggregate CSV exports may be available only on certain plans. These features are informational, may be approximate or delayed, and are subject to server-side entitlements, account status, availability, and abuse prevention.

We do not promise attribution, install tracking, marketing performance, conversion outcomes, or other commercial results from analytics or exports.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Stripe.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Terms violations
  • Abuse
  • Security threats
  • Legal requirements

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable local regulations of the Operator's country of registration.
