By creating an account or using Smart Linker, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Smart Linker provides smart redirection links that route traffic to:
- iOS App Store
- Google Play Store
- Web fallback URLs
Usage is subject to plan limits.
3. Accounts
You must:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Not share credentials
We may suspend accounts for violations.
4. Billing
All payments are processed via Stripe.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly.
- Plan limits apply.
- Access to paid features depends on confirmed Stripe subscription status.
- Refunds are handled according to Stripe policies and applicable law.
We do not store full payment card data.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for:
- Phishing
- Malware distribution
- Illegal activity
- Fraudulent redirection
- Spam campaigns
- Abuse of redirect infrastructure
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for abuse or security risk.
6. Plan Limits
Free and Pro plans include link and click limits.
If limits are exceeded:
- Creation of new links may be blocked.
- Access to features may be restricted.
Server-side enforcement is authoritative.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Stripe.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Terms violations
- Abuse
- Security threats
- Legal requirements
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable local regulations of the Operator's country of registration.
